Ernest Alonso

Ernest Alonso was born El Paso, TX to Ramon and Adela Alonso on Oct. 20, 1947. He went to school at California. He married Rizalina Santos Macalalad on Nov. 11, 2001 in Reno, NV. He graduated from vocational. He was Correctional Officer in Folsom Prison. He was a veteran of Vietnam War and served in the Marines. He was involved National Riffle and Christian Brother. Ernest Alonso is preceded in death by his father Ramon Alonso, mother Adela N. Alonso, brothers Bob & Alfred Alonso and several uncles and aunts.

Ernest Alonso is survived by loving wife Rizalina Alonso, sons David Alonso, Ernest Alonso Jr and his wife Shannon. nephew Bryan Alonso and his wife Pabiana Alonso and 3 kids. Niece Amy, Julie and Sharo, sister- in laws Josefina Dolman, Susan and Lourdes Macalalad, nephew Angelito Pinpin and his wife Romelita Pinpin and their children Ara, Aira and Maurie.

A visitation for Ernest will be held Wednesday, February 12, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Palm Mortuary - Northwest, 6701 North Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89131. A funeral service will occur Thursday, February 13, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at St Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church, 6350 N Fort Apache Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89149. A committal service will occur Thursday, February 13, 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at Palm Northwest Mortuary & Cemetery, 6701 N Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89131.
