TSGT Gust Roy Poulos, USAF (ret), age 78, of Las Vegas, passed away on Saturday, September 5, 2015. Born December 11, 1936 in Halfway, Oregon, he has been a resident of the Las Vegas area for more than 40 years. A proud American, Mr. Poulos served in the United States Air Force for over twenty years, serving during the Vietnam War. He retired from the Air Force in 1974 and worked as a porter for UPS, retiring in 1998. He enjoyed collecting $2 bills and coins and playing bingo with his beloved Donna. A true friend to all he met, he was passionate about taking care of others. He was preceded in death by his wife, Donna and brother Duane Poulos. Survivors include his children Pamela Sue (Steve) Howes and the twins Nina (Anthony Migliazzo) Martinez and Tom (Heather) Poulos; grandchildren: Charles, Alexa, Zoe, Axl, Austin, Loagan and Nathaniel; great granddaughter, Leah and sister: Laura Poulos. Family will receive friends from 2-4pm Wednesday, September 9, 2015 with services beginning at 4pm, all at Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd.
