Jacob, you were my bestfriend, my love, my safe place, and my home. You always made me feel loved and protected, everyday I wake up I think about you and hope you are in a better place watching over me and your loved ones. You were a special person, your light shined so heavily that the warmth it gave affected everyone. You were an amazing person, smart, handsome, and funny. Your spirit lives on within me and everyone else. You were truly a blessing to my life and I will always love and cherish you and the moments we spent together.
