Born on December 15th 1963 in Oakland California James was preceded in death by his cherished wife, Ginina Louise Irish, with whom he shared a life full of love, laughter, and unwavering devotion.
He is survived by his children: Brandon Knowles, Joseph Irish, Kristina Solaja, Britney Irish, and James Edward Irish Jr., along with his treasured grandchildren, who brought him immense happiness and pride.
James was a man known for his funny pranks, happy-go-lucky spirit, and fierce loyalty to those he loved. A longtime construction worker, he took pride in his craft and always found time to be with his family. He had a deep love for music, especially playing the guitar, and his home was often filled with laughter, melodies, and joy.
His kindness, sense of humor, and warm heart will remain with all who had the privilege of knowing him.
A private service for close family only will be held on August 28, 2025.
Though he may be gone from our sight, he will never be gone from our hearts.
