James Henry Rainey, Sr., 71 a retired transportation supervisor of Las Vegas, NV, passed away February 21, 2014. James was born April 21, 1942 in New Edinburg, Arkansas, to Asberry Rainey and Katie Barnett.
James was baptized at the Second Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor D. Edward Chaney in December of 2010. James was a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather and uncle.
