Jeff was born on February 23, 1967 at Dyess AFB Texas Hospital in Abilene, Texas. His parents were Wayne and Janet Rogers. Jeff was an Air Force "brat" raised in Texas, California, Germany, Delaware.
Jeff passed away on March 26, 2012 at Spring Valley Hospital, Las Vegas, Nevada. He is survived by his children, Tyler and Sara; sister, Lisa Smith; parents, Janet and Wayne Rogers. Services were held at Palm Northwest Mortuary.
