Joseph A. Donato, Sr., 82, passed away September 30, 2015. He was born October 1, 1932 in Carbondale, PA and resided in Las Vegas for 53 years. He retired from the gaming industry in 1986 and was a member of the Italian Catholic Federation and Knights of Columbus. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Jackie; daughter Joy Ferguson (Joseph); son Joe Donato Jr. (Cathy); granddaughter Danielle Donato (John Slowiak); and grandson Michael Donato (Rebecca Reyes). A Memorial Mass will be held on Monday, October 5th at 11:00 a.m. at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 1111 Michael Way, Las Vegas, followed by a reception in Monsignor LaVoy Hall next to the church.
