Joseph Richards Hill, 88, a 22 year resident of Las Vegas, passed away Friday, January 20, 2017, He was born April 16, 1928 in Springfield, Illinois the son of Roy and Daisy Richards Hill. His entire career was in the Insurance industry, first as an Underwriter, and later as a Field Agent. He was a top producing Field Manager at his retirement in 1994. In 1976 he and his wife, Alice, discovered Square and Round Dancing and in 1978 they began their Avocation as Round Dance Instructors which they pursued for 30 years, retiring in 2008. Joe was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother Stephen of LaGrange, Illinois. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Alice; two sons, Joseph and James, both of California; two loving Grandchildren, Brittany of Washington D.C. and Joseph of Irvine, California; one Niece, and three Nephews.
