Kathryn Cooklin, 64 of Las Vegas, passed away January 1, 2016. She was born November 19, 1951, in Covina, Ca., and resided in Las Vegas for 38 years. Kathy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She is survived by the Love of her Life, Steve Cooklin, daughter, Stephanie Call of Las Vegas, son, Stephen Hughes Of Praire Grove, Ark., four grandchildren, 3 grandsons; Caden Hughes, Vincent Call and Luke Call, 1 granddaughter, Karley Call, 2 brothers; Jimmy Lafkas and Kenny Lafkas, 2 sisters Lori DeWald and Helen Vaughn. Services for Kathy will be Saturday, January 9, 2016 at 12:00PM and held at Palm Northwest Mortuary & Cemetery 6701 North Jones Boulevard.
