Not sure how to express my sorrow amidst the joy of knowing Kurt.
Kurt was the drummer of the Fogg from 1967- until  he got slugged in 1969 I think. I played lead guitar. He was a great drummer and band mate. Of note, my bean head year,  late at night he brought me to his room after practice, and he kept the lights out because his roomie was sleeping. He said , “Listen to this..”, and put some headphones on my head and turned on the Robert’s reel to reel recorder. The song that hit my ears was Jimi Hendrix  Experience, Foxey Lady. My life has never been the same since that magic moment. Thank you, Kurt.’

My wife and I extend our deepest condolences to Cher and the Reineke family.

Our service together at the Armed Forces Staff College, Class 72, at Norfolk, Virginia.

Kurt has a successful career as a veteran, an entrepreneur and also a thoughtful husband and caring parent.  Over the years, our families have enjoyed the special messages and greeting cards throughout the holidays.  May you rest in peace, my friend!

My name is Dale Reagor, and I was a classmate of Kurt's at West Point, Class of 1970.  We went separate ways after graduation, but I became reacquainted with Kurt at an AOG event in Las Vegas approximately two years ago.  My wife and I recently moved to Las Vegas after retirement.  After a pleasant dinner together with my wife Cathy, we pledged to get together again but then Covid interfered.  I'm heartbroken that we did not get together.  My  wife and I extend our sincere condolences to Cher and family.  Please call me at 702-372-0529 if there is anything we can do.  Our prayers are with you at this difficult time.
