Lee graduated from Bingham High School in Bingham Utah. He joined the United States Army on September 23,1968 during the Vietnam War. While serving our country, Lee bravely battled in the Artillery Unit and was honorably discharged and received a Purple Heart for his service. Lee married the love of his life, Linda Diann and to this union he had three beautiful daughters, Sabrina, Lisa and Monica.
In his spare time Lee enjoyed time spent with family and watching college football, college basketball and especially betting on the Ponies at the casino. He called it, "Going to the office". Lee taught his daughters how to fish, bowl, drive a stick shift car, be honest, work hard and always be kind and thoughtful and most importantly, that family is always first. He was a proud veteran that was involved volunteering with local veteran groups. You would find him at The Arville House helping his fellow brothers. He had a summer home in Utah that he enjoyed and could be found building rock walls, fishing, landscaping, boating, doing his "arts and crafts", sneaking shots of whiskey, listening to his favorite music and watering his lawn. Lee loved building his "Empire" and he also loved "The Village".
Lee is survived by his wife, Linda Diann; his daughters, Sabrina Larsen, Lisa Kendrick, Monica Dayley and son in law Troy Dayley; his grandchildren, Kristy "Sue" Talbot, Jordan (Big Dummy) Flores and wife Eva, Casey Scoffield, Nathan (N1 & N2) Larsen; great grandchildren Cayden Neimoyer, Isabella Flores, Giovanna Flores; His beloved pound puppies Lily Belle and Jessie Valdez; his brothers and sisters, Alice and Joe Romero, Abe and life partner, Virginia Montoya, Helen and Walter Leyba, Terry and Nick Trujillo, Jake and Irene Montoya, Lisa and Paul Draper and Junior and Nena Montoya as well as his beloved many nieces, nephews and extended family.
