Lewis "Pete" R. West, 83, of Las Vegas, died Oct. 11, 2012. He served in the U.S. Navy and was a geologist. Visitation will be 3-7 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 16, at Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Graveside 3 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 17, at Palm Memorial Park.
