Born on March 29, 1951 in Binalonan, Philippines to Lorenzo Caralipio and Florentina (Cabalse) Caralipio, Liza made Nevada her home since 1985. For 40 years, she worked at Circus Circus in Las Vegas, finishing her career as a Slot Ambassador. She was loved by her coworkers and regulars, and she loved them right back. The job she cherished most, though, was being a grandparent (affectionately referred to as Grandma, Lola, or Mamma House).
She found joy in singing and dancing, in music played a little too loud, in good food, action movies, and evenings watching The Filipino Channel. She delighted in fashion—purses, shoes, and jewelry—and she absolutely loved driving her dream car, a Toyota C-HR. She had a fiery, larger-than-life personality and a giving, loving heart. Liza was generous, loyal, and unafraid to tell the truth with love.
She is survived by her children Teresita Prill, Jocelyn Medina and son-in-law Abraham Medina, William Prill and daughter-in-law Kristin Prill, Sean Keeton, and Sharon Luce and son-in-law Phillip Luce; and by her grandchildren Rashaun Tuff, Keli Allen, Malia Allen Prill, Jaedyn Medina, Morgan Granados, Joelle Granados, and Mia Luce. She joins in eternal life her parents, Lorenzo and Florentina, and Sean and Sharon’s father, Mark Keeton.
Family and friends will celebrate Liza’s life on Thursday, October 2, 2025:
