

Mary Bunch, 76, entered into Heaven’s gates on Wednesday, February 23th 2016 due to complications from pneumonia. Mary was born on November 26, 1939 in El Paso, Texas to Lucia and Luis Delgado. She eventually settled in Las Vegas, NV where she worked for nearly 25 years at the El Sombrero Mexican restaurant. She was a beautiful woman inside and out and turned heads wherever she went. She caught the eye of James Bunch Sr. and they married on November 24, 1971. Her spare time was spent taking care of her family, reading the latest thriller, and watching action packed movies. She was a beloved mother who knew how to love unconditionally, an amazing cook that whipped up unforgettable meals, and one heck of a card player. Her passing has left a hole in the hearts of many. She will be greatly missed and never forgotten. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Lucia and Luis Delgado; infant daughter, Teresa; sister, Tillie Arizaga; and sons, Frank Delgado and James (Jimmy) Bunch, Jr. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, James Bunch Sr.; sisters, Emma Gabaldon and Bessie Gallegos; brother, Larry Delgado; two children, Nicholas Bravo and Christina Carroll; six grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 27th at Palm Mortuary 1600 S Jones Blvd. Las Vegas, NV.
