Michael James Lemcool

Was Born November 20, 1955 in Michigan, and Passed February 3, 2016 at the young age of Age 60

from Pancreatic Cancer. Mike Graduated from Traverse City Senior High School in Traverse City, MI. He earned an Associate’s Degree from Northwestern Michigan College, a Bachelor’s Degree from Ferris State University and a Master’s Degree in Law from Wayne State University. He passed the Bar Exam in 1980.

He was in the Boy Scouts of America earning his Eagle Scout rank from Troop #32, very active in the Traverse City Cherry Festival, Civic Players, Exchange Club, Elks Lodge #323

Professionally speaking he owned a law firm Lemcool and Associates in Traverse City, MI. He was Assistant Prosecuting Attorney then Prosecuting Attorney of Leelanau County for 10 years. He moved to New Buffalo, MI to practice law and then moved to Las Vegas, NV where he continued his successful law career.

Survived by Parents Carl A. and Wilma L. (Seeley) Lemcool, Sister Mary (Lemcool) Bush and husband Brian Bush, Son Douglas M. Lemcool and Step-Daughter Michelle N. (Luzier) Veliquette and husband Nels Veliquette and significant other Sandra Bradway (Bricault).

Proceeded in death by his first and second wives Teresa A. Gagne & Lori L. Satrom.

Family service will take place early summer in Michigan
