Miros was an amazing young man! I met him while working at Sunrise and seeing him while on service was always a highlight of my day with his radiant energy and strength. His family was also so strong and supportive. A truly beautiful family.  I will hold his memory dear to my heart. May his soul rest in peace.

Your uncle and I will always remember you for the amazing young man that you are. Also for the warrior that you showed everyone that you were. All the way until the end. You never gave up. We will always remember your energetic soul. I can say you are and will be missed. You will live in each and every heart that you touched. I am glad that life gave me the opportunity to meet you Miros for you showed me a life lesson. Not to take a single day for granted. Your uncle and I will always miss you. For now we know there is an angel watching over us until we meet again.

Although we were not related by blood, you were still my little brother. I got to see you grow up from 1yr to now 💔! You always brought joy and laughter into my life. You knew how to live life to the fullest and were the strongest person I’ve met. You taught me so much and you will always have that space in my heart. This is definitely not a goodbye, it’s a see you soon. Your little nephew will grow up knowing you and knowing how joyful and strong you were. Until we meet again little brother 💔

My heartfelt condolences to the Hernandez-Acosta family.   I’ve had the chance to take care of Miros in the PICU and have witnessed the tremendous love and support  you all have given him, and Miros felt it too.  He knew that you all loved him and cared about him.  You have taught him to be a kind and respectful person, that’s why I will remember him as one of the sweetest kids I’ve ever taken care of.
Rest In Peace, Miros.  💞
