Patti was born on May 20, 1932, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Warren and Opal Beach. She later moved to California, where she graduated from high school in 1950. Soon after, she married Joseph Salvaggio, and together they built a life in Las Vegas, Nevada. There, they welcomed their beloved daughter, Carmela Salvaggio, and Patti began her career as one of the original cocktail servers at the iconic Caesars Palace.
A woman of wisdom, warmth, and kindness, Patti touched the lives of all who knew her. She was deeply devoted to her three grandchildren- Brenden, Alexa, and Selena- always offering love, guidance, and encouragement. Patti had a special connection with animals, a love for reading, and a passion for travel- whether it was exploring the mountains, relaxing by the beach, or simply following where her spirit led. She especially loved dolphins, which she considered a reflection of her gentle and free-spirited nature.
In 2006, Patti met Roger Maize, with whom she shared many joyful years. After suffering a stroke in 2021, Roger remained by her side with unwavering devotion, a testament to the strength and beauty of their love.
Patti will be remembered for her wisdom, radiant spirit, and ability to make everyone feel special. Her warmth filled every room, leaving a lasting impact on those she met. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all whose lives she touched. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 21, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Palm Mortuary – Cheyenne, 7400 West Cheyenne Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89129.
