At 96 years young, Raymond Leonard Koff peacefully passed, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, laughter, and love. A proud Navy veteran and University of Alabama graduate—Roll Tide!—he built a long and respected career with the Las Vegas Valley Water District. Known for his happy-go-lucky spirit, he found joy in helping others, sharing laughs, and spending time with family. He loved bowling and the simple pleasures of life. He is survived by his ex-wife and lifelong friend, Doris, his three children, Michael, Judith, and Justin, eight grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren who will forever cherish his warmth, humor, and generous heart.
