Richard H. Mayeda, 87, of Las Vegas, passed away Feb. 15, 2013. He retired from the U.S. Air Force. Services will be at 10:40 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 26, at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City.
