Richard Tarrats

Richard is missed and remembered by his wife Carmen Tarrats (Wood), his father Marcial Tarrats, his mother Aida Luz Tarrats (Valentin), his brother Marcial Tarrats Jr., his sister Rosemary Tarrats Richardson and his niece Ashley Rose Richardson.

Richard was a retired Corrections Officer. He loved roller skating, music, dancing, and playing his trumpet. Richard lived an adventurous life. He loved to travel abroad all over the world and in his motorhome. He also loved hiking, camping, kayaking and most of all cooking.

Richard truly found joy in helping others especially family and friends. We were all blessed to have known him. Richard was loved dearly and will be missed by many.

Richard’s favorite verse was John 3:16. “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son, that whoever believes in him shall not Perish but have eternal life.”
