Robert William Adams

Robert William Adams passed away unexpectedly on September 25, 2021, at age 52.

His passing is preceded by parents, Charles Foster Adams III and Jill Yvonne Bradley. He is survived by his most trustworthy eldest brother, Charles Foster Adams IV and his two beloved children, Kayleigh Justine Adams and Aidan Collier Adams, for whom he cared above all else.

He was married to Susan Marie Fletcher for nearly 20 years before divorce. He is remembered by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews, and was blessed in having many close friends. Throughout his life, Rob assumed many different roles and poured his heart passionately into everything he did.

As an architect, he created beautiful and inspiring structures. This carried into his personal life as he was inspired by modern designs. His work has proven to be inspiring to all who have had the pleasure of witnessing it. All who knew him well saw him as a pillar of support–someone who was highly respected and trustworthy. He was a great Scout leader, and to many he was seen as a father figure. As an adventurer with a kind spirit, he shared a deep care for the world around him. He was an avid outdoorsman, and always turned to nature for serenity and peace. His heart was at home walking through tall forests, climbing up high mountains, and experiencing the natural world. Music played an influential role in his life, as he truly loved playing the guitar and sharing his music with others. Although Robert William Adams is no longer with us, his presence on this earth improved the lives of all who came to know him.

In our hearts, thoughts and our prayers, Rob’s legacy and his legend, and his love for life will always live on.

A memorial service for Robert will be held Sunday, October 10, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Palm Mortuary Cheyenne, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave, Las Vegas, Nevada 89129.

Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at for the Adams family.

I will always hold Rob in a special place in my heart ❤️. His kindness was always an inspiration to me as he worked so hard with all his architecture knowledge and limited funds to create buildings that were so clean and welcoming for the homeless and struggling clients we served. His love for his son Aiden was so admirable as he guided him into manhood with teaching him dignity and respect of those less fortunate than him. His work with the Eagle Scouts benefited WestCare as much as it did his son and his friends. I can not believe he is gone. He had so much more to give everyone around him. Prayers to all his family for this sudden unfortunate loss. Thanks Rob for being my friend! Please stay in touch Aiden. DarleneTerrill - WestCare Nevada.

I worked with Rob at Westcare. He was always thinking about "The Next Thing" and never had an idle moment. He inspired those around him and left his finger prints on lots of projects.

I will miss his presence on earth and always keep his memories.

Rob was my best friend and brother. We hand many things in common. Our love for great music, camping, tequila, and a nice cold beer. We love to go camping together with our families, or just hang out and watch football. Rob was a Niners fan, the Packers are my team. We had many great Sunday afternoons together cheering for our teams. I will miss him dearly and still can’t believe he’s gone.

Bobby was such a great young man. He spent time at my home. We lived right across he street from him. Chad and Bobbie were inseparable. Such a respectful teen. Loved him very much. Made a place in my heart for him. Gone too soon.

Bobby was a dear friend in high school and taught me one of the greatest lessons in my life. We shared a mutual respect for each other and although we didn’t stay in touch I still considered him a friend. I am so sorry to hear of his passing and my prayers are with his family.
