Robert W. Frampton, age 71, of Andover and Las Vegas, formerly of Boardman, passed away suddenly on November 16, 2014 in Las Vegas. Born July 24, 1943 in Youngstown, he lived in Boardman before moving to Andover in 2005. Mr. Frampton worked as a welder for Hy-Way Heat System until 1985. He was a longtime member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Youngstown, OH until retiring to Andover, OH when he became a member of Our Lady of Victory Church.He was a member of Our Lady of Victory in Andover former president of the Guisseppi Verde Lodge and enjoyed bowling, fishing and wintering in Las Vegas. Bob was also an assistant coach for the Boardman Soccer League. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Sharrie Lynn Frampton. Robert's legacy is continued by his wife of 49 years, Carol (nee Paranzine), sons Robert M. Frampton and Joseph S. Frampton; granddaughters Kaleigh and Rebekah and sister Dolores Lowther. A memorial service has been held in Las Vegas and a memorial is being planned in Andover. Arrangements are being handled by Palm Mortuary in Las Vegas, Nevada.
