Rodolfo Sanchez Valdez

Our brother Rudolfo Sanchez Valdez, passed away May 12th, 2025.

He was born on February 24, 1949 to Pedro and Herlinda Valdez (both deceased).

He is survived by brothers, Rosendo, Roberto, Rogelio, Rogelio (deceased), Ruben and sisters Rosa Baldwin, Rita Valdez and Belinda Storla. Rudy has numerous nephews, nieces and his loving girlfriend Juliann. She has been a great help and is a treasure. Our brother was surrounded by many good friends and associates.

We will miss him dearly as he has joined our parents.

Rudy served in the Army and was stationed in Germany. He was Honorably Discharged in April of 1975. He earned the National Defense Service Medal, marksman M-16 and AHSR sharpshooter M-14. He was very proud to have served our country.

Our brother Rudy loved his Dodge Challenger, and was intrigued with the supernatural and UFO's. He was kind, full of love and very much enjoyed dancing.

Rudy's favorite music and era was the 50's. Elvis Presley was his favorite performer. In fact, his license plate read "Elvis42". The year Elvis passed away.

A visitation for Rodolfo will be held Tuesday, May 20, 2025 from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM at Palm Mortuary - Downtown, 1325 North Main St, Las Vegas, NV 89101. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 12:00 PM at St Viator Catholic Church, 2461 E Flamingo Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89121. A committal service will occur Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at 9:20 AM at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Mem, Boulder City, NV 89005.
