Born in Gassville, Arkansas to Lyrron Crawford and Shelcie May Crawford passed away on December 20, 2013 at Nathan Adelson Hospice. Sam was a graduate of Eureka Springs High School prior to training for a distinguished career as an Insurance Agent in the Las Vegas area for 30+ years with Farmers Insurance, she retired in 2008. Sam is survived by her father; her two younger sisters, Pam (Less) McCartney and Linda (Steve) Lindstrom; two younger brothers Dennis (Nina) Crawford and Lynn (Donna) Crawford; her friend Ray Bailey; a host of nieces and nephews and an extended family of friends too numerous to name. Sam will be laid to rest Sunday, December 29, 2013, Palm Mortuary Downtown, 1325 North Main Street, Las Vegas, Starting at 12:00pm with Funeral Services at 2:00pm.
