Sarah Catherine Luken passed away on April 7, 2010 at Desert Springs Hospital in Las Vegas. Sarah fought a brave battle against Congestive Heart Failure and Pulmonary Disorder. . She was employed for 70 years in textiles and interior decorating. During her lifetime in Las Vegas, she designed and sewed draperies, bedspreads and canopies. She is survived by her children, Mary, Billy, Peggy, Shirley, Cindy and Peggy Elizabeth and her grandchildren Savannah, Robert, Patricia, Carol, James, David, Tim, Tracy and Elizabeth Catherine. Also survived by Macheala, Andrew, Mary, Nicole, Chandler, Sean, Brandon, Sean Patrick, Anna, Esmeralda and David.
Services were held at Palm Mortuary. Sarah was laid to rest in the Garden of Repose at Palm Mortuary in Las Vegas.Arrangements under the direction of Palm Downtown Funeral Home, Las Vegas, NV on April 13, 2010.
