

Stanley Paul Prock was born February 6, 1945 in Los Angeles, California. He is the third child of two brothers and one sister and was raised in Portland, Oregon. He moved to Oakland, California when he was 16 and met his childhood bride Yvonne. Stanley worked at American Can Co in Oakland till he moved his Family to Las Vegas, Nevada in July of 1977. He was immediately hired in Henderson, Nevada at Titanium Metals where he was soon moved to a Supervisory position for T3 Machine Shop.
Stanley was an Oakland Raider fan and he loved fishing, boating, camping in his motorhome, hunting and water skiing. He loved his family and he also had love for cooking. Stanley could do anything – welding, machinery work, sheet rock work, painting and gardening. Stanley retired from Titanium Metal in April of 2002; he loved his Family and was the Best Grandpa Ever! Stanley loved Las Vegas and will be missed by all. Any donations should go to Pulmonary Disease Research.
Stanley is survived by his loving wife Yvonne; daughter Kathy (Carl) Metcalf of Oklahoma; son Stanley (Bertha) Paul Prock Jr of Las Vegas. Nevada; sister Verna (Roger) Tafoya of Lancaster, California; eight grandchildren Daniel, Candace, Jessica, Stephanie, Rachel, Cindy, Tyler and Brandon; three great grandchildren Alyssa, Kaelyn and Kenslea; many nieces, nephews, many cousins and dear friends.
