Victoria Susan Miller

VICTORIA SUSAN MILLER It is with the deepest sorrow that we regret to inform that Victoria Susan Miller passed March 29, 2023. A devout Christian, she has escaped the horrible pain she has been suffering for the past few years and will surely find peace and comfort in Heaven.

Born September 13, 1948 in Gary, IN to Mirtie and Emsley Akin. Victoria traveled the world with her mother and father, a Senior Master Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force; living on military bases in Spain, Germany, and Guam. She continued the traveling to Japan and England when she married her first husband, Bruce Cudd, a Captain in the U.S. Air Force and the father of their child, now Jennifer Lynch.

Victoria is survived by her best friend of 40 years, Ted Miller; stepchildren, Darren, Nathan and Tracy Miller; granddaughters, Hannah, Rachel and Sara Lynch; sister, Jerri; and brother, Dan. Victoria had a remarkable 31-year career as a civilian employee with the U.S. Air Force. She was very intelligent and had a kind and generous nature, but revealed a will of steel when challenged by misogynous males. She was loved by many and will be sorely missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. She had requested that charitable donations be sent to feeding hungry children and rescuing needy animals in lieu of buying flowers.
