Gwendolyn (Watson) LeMaster

Gwendolyn LeMaster, 76, of Lawrenceville, Georgia, passed peacefully into the arms of her Savior on April 9, 2025. Born in McRae, Georgia, to the late William J. Watson and Irma L. Gillis, Gwendolyn lived a life rooted in faith, love, and family.

Gwen was a devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and friend. Married to her husband Edward E. LeMaster for 52 years, together they raised two daughters, Noelle Copeland and Alexis LeMaster.

Gwen loved Jesus, her family and her church more than anything. Her happiest days were filled with the simple joys she cherished most—gardening, reading her Bible, playing games with her family, and spending time with her three granddaughters: Sophia, Claire, and Hailey Copeland. Her warmth, quiet strength, and genuine kindness touched everyone who knew her.

She is survived by her husband Edward, daughters Noelle and Alexis, her sisters Gail Davis, Janice Pettit, and Ann Galloway, and her granddaughters Sophia, Claire, and Hailey. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Irma Watson.

A memorial service will be held Friday, April 18, 2025 at 11:00 AM at North Metro Baptist Church, 1047 Highway 124, Hoschton, GA 30548.
