Jennifer Elizabeth Williams, age 55, of Lawrenceville, GA, passed away on Saturday, December 14th, 2019. Jennifer was born in Charleston, S.C., to parents Seymoure and Gennie Middleton. She publicly dedicated her life to Jehovah in 1976. Jennifer graduated from Summerville High School in June of 1982 and married her husband of 37 years, Willie Williams, in December of 1982. In 1984, they welcomed son Sheldon, the greatest joy of Jennifer's life.
Jennifer spent most of her life taking care of others in one of the most challenging professions, nursing. It takes a special kind of person to care for the ill, and especially the elderly ill. But that was the population that Jennifer cared for throughout most of her career. She appreciated their wisdom, embraced their humor, and delighted in recounting stories of her experiences with them. Jennifer also loved and enjoyed children, as evidenced by her most recent work as a preschool teacher and her very special relationship with her grandnephew Gabe.
Jennifer was preceded in death by loving sister Deidra Middleton-Dorsey. She is survived by: husband Willie and son Sheldon; parents Seymoure and Gennie; brothers Eric and Craig; sisters Tammy Seay Johnson (Larry), Amy Purvis (Ronnie), and Seymoura Marsac (Timothy); and many cousins, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, and grandnieces.
Jennifer will be greatly missed by friends and family...but dearly remembered for her beautifully expressive eyes, warm smile, sweet voice, and kind heart.
