Willie James Tate was born in Crawford Mississippi, to the parents of Andrew and Lillie Bell Tate. He served as a Medic in the Airforce Military. He enjoyed working with children so much that he worked for the Gwinnett County School District, with Special Needs Children. He was a member, and faithfully attended, Greenforest Community Baptist Church. He leaves behind 3 siblings, Melvina, Charlie, and Andrew. A wife of 20 years, June Tate, and eight children they shared together. Tina, Shanna, Aziza, William, Jasmine, Jennifer, Angela, and Freddie. He also, leaves behind 20 Grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews whom love him and will miss him dearly.
