Yasmine Sutter-Abud

My mother Yasmina Abud passed away on November 2nd, 2016 at 6:10PM at Emory Hospital. She was born on August 15th, 1968, In Nicaragua to Nidia and Felix Abud. She lived a wonderful life full of love and care from everyone whose life she touched. A former beauty queen, a self taught painter that knew how to bring out the beauty in her paintings, and a avid comic book movie fan. She fought a brave battle against breast cancer, a triple negative breast cancer survivor, only to succumb to terminal bone cancer. She left me and my brother, Alexandru Sutter behind, along with other family members. She was an amazing, determined, strong, beautiful, and elegant women whom I had the pleasure of calling my mother. As she fought bravely against her illness I had the honor of witnessing the inner strength of my mother, whose only wish was to live long enough to see me and my brother have a family. Although she may not be here physically I know in my heart she's now everywhere around us, protecting my brother and I. She left behind many good friends and family members whom share the joy of having been part of their life. She holds a special place in our heart forever. We will miss you but never forget about you Mami, I love you.

Mi madre Yasmina Abud falleció el 2 de noviembre 2016 a 18:10 en el Hospital Emory. Ella nació el 15 de agosto de 1968 en Nicaragua a Nidia y Felix Abud. Ella vivió una vida maravillosa llena de amor y atención por parte de todos aquellos cuya vida se tocó. Una ex reina de belleza, un pintor autodidacta que supo poner de manifiesto la belleza en sus pinturas, y un fanático de las películas de cómics. Ella luchó una batalla valiente contra el cáncer de mama, sobreviviente de un triple negativo cáncer de mama, sólo para sucumbir al cáncer de hueso terminal. Ella me dejó detrás con mi hermano, Alexandru Sutter,, junto con otros miembros de la familia. Ella era un sorprendente determinados hermosas mujeres, y fuertes, elegantes, a quien tuve el placer de llamar a mi madre. Mientras luchaba valientemente contra la enfermedad que tuve el honor de ser testigo de la fuerza interior de mi madre, cuyo único deseo era vivir lo suficiente para ver mi hermano y yo tengo una familia. A pesar de que ella no puede estar aquí físicamente sé en mi corazón que está ahora en todas partes a nuestro alrededor, la protección de mi hermano y yo había dejado atrás muchos buenos amigos y miembros de la familia quienes comparten la alegría de haber sido parte de su vida. Ella tiene un lugar especial en nuestro corazón para siempre. Te extrañaremos, pero nunca olvidarse de que Mami, Te amo.
