August E. Weyhmuller III

He was the husband of Sandra (Bohr) Weyhmuller. They were married for 43 years.

Gene was born on July 25, 1943 in Oskaloosa, IA. Son of the late Eugene and Ann Winter (Brotko) Weyhmuller.

Gene was a US Navy veteran. Gene worked as a printed circuit board designer and drafting supervisor for an electronics firm before starting his own vinyl and hardwood flooring installation company. After retiring and moving to South Carolina he worked at various golf courses in the Myrtle Beach Area as either a ranger or starter.

A graveside service will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, October 23, 2023 at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, 60 Indiantown Gap Road, Annville PA 17003.

In addition to his wife, Gene is also survived by a son, Charles Balderston. Three daughters; Dawn Kann, Kimberly Weyhmuller, and Juli Pfieffer.

Four granddaughters; Jasmine Kann, Shawna Dooley, Larissa Pfieffer, and Madison Balderston.

A sister, Diane Glaser (Edward) .

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Wounded Warriors Project or the Disabled American Veteran (DAV)

A graveside service for August will be held Monday, October 23, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, 60 Indiantown Gap Road, Annville, PA.
