Brian matriculated North Myrtle Beach High School, later training to become an electrical engineer and a plumbing foreman. His skill set was not confined to his technical training and certifications. Brian was a jack of all trades, and the master of many. His appetite for knowledge and culinary skills empowered him with the ability to feed your mind, body, and spirit. His eldest son perfectly describes him as a traditional alpha male leader of the wolf pack. He carried the strength of ten horses in one hand. He was an independent individual with a propensity for people. Everyone that came into contact with him loved him instantly and deeply. He was revered as a hero by people of all ages and cultures. He was 1 of 1, like no other. God broke the mold the day he was created.
His legacy lives on by way of his son's, Brian Keith Berkley Junior, Carl Markeith Powers Berkley, daughter, Samantha Jade Berkley, grandson's, Messiah Berkley, Ahlias Markeith Berkley, granddaughter, Brinaysia Jay'Viona Berkley. His legacy is amplified by the many hearts he touched and nurtured from childhood into adulthood. He will be missed forever and never forgotten. Long live the legend Brian Keith Berkley Senior.
A memorial service for Brian will be held Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Lee Funeral Home and Crematory, 11840 Hwy 90, Little River, SC.
