She was the daughter of William E. and Barbara Jean Mattraw, O'Conner.
Carol is survived by her husband, Ronald Wilson Keller.
A memorial service for Carol will be held at 1:00pm on Monday, September 13, 2021 at Anchors Bend Clulbhouse, 96 Oak Leaf Drive, Longs, SC 29568.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to your local Humane Society, in Carol's name.
