Born on August 27, 1940 in Paterson, NJ, he was the son of the late Gordon and Elsie Lempke Gray.
Mr. Gray proudly served his country for 6 years in the U.S. Navy Reserve, 3 of which were active duty. He was a member of American Legion Post 168 in Little River and Little River Elks Lodge 2840. He was an avid golfer and loved fishing.
Survivors include his wife of nearly 51 years, Marilyn Dubansky Gray; two sons, Glen and Garret Gray; one brother, Doug Gray; one sister, Lynn Gray; and his cat, “Nick”.
A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Monday, October 2, 2017 in Lee Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000 Dept 143, Memphis, TN 38101-9908 or the charity of one’s choice.
