She was born in Passaic, New Jersey on August 14, 1931, and spent many years as a dedicated teacher in the Paramus Public Schools. Ricky was an active and devoted member of Our Lady of the Visitation Church in Paramus and the Paramus Woman’s Club. She touched many lives through her generosity, spirituality, and lifelong vocation.
She is survived by her daughters, Ellen (Marc) and Elissa (Matt); her three beloved grandchildren, Jed, Emily (Yonatan), and Harrison (Michelle); her two sisters; and many loving nieces and nephews. Ricky was pre-deceased by her devoted son in law, Ed Simpson.
We will be honoring her memory with a celebration of life at a later date, and details will be shared when available.
