

Frederick James Hall, Sr., died Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at Brightwater Assisted Living, Myrtle Beach, SC.
Born on January 18, 1926 in Little Falls, NY, he was the son of the late Charles and Lillian Williams Hall.
Mr. Hall served his country proudly in the US Navy during World War II aboard the USS Hornet. He was a member of VFW Post #7288, Calabash, NC, American Legion Post #186, Little River, SC, All American Commander Post #518, Cramer Hill, NJ, Master Mason Camden Lodge #15 32nd Degree Consistory, Volunteer Fireman in Lenola, NJ, member of Union Local #322 in New Jersey and Local #420 in Philadelphia, PA. He was an avid golfer, retiring to Little River, SC in 1987
Survivors include his children, Nancey L. Earney (Kirk), Barbara J. Hertline (William), Kathleen Mastrosante (Nicholas), and Frederick J. Hall, Jr. (Cheryl); 11 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. He predeceased by his wife Elizabeth Marie Hall.
Residents, family and close friends are invited to a memorial service at Brightwater Assisted Living, Myrtle Beach, SC on Wednesday, April 19 at 2:30 pm. Per his request, Mr. Hall will be buried at sea out of Mayport, FL.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Tidelands Hospice, 2591 N. Fraser Street, Georgetown, SC 29440.
