Fred Nichols, 81, of North Myrtle Beach, SC passed away peacefully on July 12th, 2017 surrounded by his family. He had a very kind, loving and generous soul. To know him was to love him. A one-time business owner at his convenience store, he was always there for his customers in their time of need. Fred was admired and loved by all who were blessed to have known him. He loved and knew his God well.
He is survived by his wife, Glenda Nichols; daughters, DeLane McQuinn (Gary) and Renee’ McGinley (Joseph); grandson, Nicholas McQuinn; previous wife, Lee Nichols; sister, Phyllis Rigsbee (Ronny); brother, Ronny Nichols (Alice); stepdaughter, Dana George, and many other family members.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 pm on Sunday, July 16th followed by a funeral service at 2:00 pm.
