Hubert “Chip” F. Bullard III, 46, of Little River, passed away on Monday, September 18, 2023. Born on December 17, 1976, in Lumberton, NC, Chip was the son of Hubert F. Bullard, Jr. and Kathy Barnes Bullard.
Following graduation from Lumberton High School, Chip attended Cape Fear Technical College. He joined the US Coast Guard and following his Honorable Discharge, he moved to Little River South Carolina where he began his entrepreneurship in the landscaping business opening “Exquisite Landscape” before beginning “Chipper” Grill Concessions years later.
Chip enjoyed watching college football and was a proud “Dawg”, always pulling for Georgia! His talented craftsmanship was obvious with every woodworking or building project he completed. He shared his work with those he loved. An outgoing and great personality, Chip could charm anyone and never met a stranger. He was fun loving and a friend to all who knew him.
Surviving in addition to his parents is his son, Dalyn Dederick; brother, Brent Bullard (wife, Charlene); his dear friend and nephew, Jarred Bullard; special friends, Jeremy Hutchinson, Donna Sue Soles; and wife, Taylor Swank Bullard.
A memorial service to celebrate the life of Chip will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at Living Water Baptist Church. The family will greet friends from 5:00 until 6:00 p.m. at the church prior to the service.
