

Jack was a beloved father, companion, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. He was born to Isaac Jackson Williams, II and Ethel Frances Crenshaw Williams on July 28, 1945.
After graduating from Parkton High School, he attended Wingate University and UNC Pembroke. He worked for Georgia Pacific for many years before founding Jack’s at OD in 2008. He owned and operated the successful golf cart rental company in North Myrtle Beach, SC with his business partner, Austin Shelley, which is now known as A-Jax Golf Carts. Jack was the life of any party and was an avid outdoorsman, who shared countless hours in nature fishing and hunting with those he loved. He especially enjoyed spending time with his “boys” at Camp Tick. Wherever Jack went, good stories and fun adventures always followed.
Survivors include his daughter, Michelle Williams Watson and husband Clifton; longtime companion, Betty Shelley and her sons; Austin Shelley and wife Tia; David Shelley and partner Kathryn; grandchildren, Georgianna Watson; Cliff Watson; great- grandson, Cohen Watson; sister-in-law, Daphne McMillan Williams; niece, Allison Williams Blair and husband Jeff; nephew, Ryan Clyde Williams and wife Julia; great-nephews and niece, Will Blair; Wesley Blair; Walker Blair; and Saylor Rose Blair; step-grandchildren, William Shelley; Jonathan Shelley; Ryan Shelley; and numerous other special cousins and friends. His parents and his only brother, Lloyd Clyde Williams, preceded him in death.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at 2:00 PM at Lee Funeral Home at 11840 SC-90 Little River, SC 29566. A private burial for family will be held at a later date in Rex, NC at Rex Presbyterian Church.
