

Jack Lee Hudson, 75, passed away October 7, 2022, due to injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.
Born on January 1, 1947 in Greenville, NC, he was the son of Margie Christine and William Earl Hudson.
He worked for many years at Babcock & Wilcox, until they closed their stores. Later, Jack worked at Nuclear Power Plants all across the country as a Nuclear Power Technician. He retired shortly after falling from an icy ledge at a New York City Plant, getting badly injured.
At home in Longs, SC, he loved working in his garden while listening to his favorite music. His children, thinking Dad could fix anything, called him Jack-of-all-trades. He was a wonderful husband and father.
Jack is survived by his wife of 57 years, Yvonne Hudson; daughter, Jackie Michelle Martin (Jason); son, Curtis Lee Hudson; brother, Bill Hudson (Virginia); sister, Patricia Brown (Ken); grandchildren, Joshua Cunha (Nichole), Jessica Ferguson (Cliff); great grandsons, C.J. and Gregory Ferguson. Also surviving are his mother-in-law, Gertrude Warren; brother-in-law Mitchell Hathaway (Wanda), their children, Melody and Michael; and brother-in-law, Mack Warren, Jr. (Buddy); uncles, John Hudson and Kenneth Beacham (Alice). He is predeceased by one daughter, Tina Yvonne Mobley, who passed away only one month ago.
He was loved by all. May he rest in peace.
