Jacqueline Lee McLean

Jacqueline Lee McLean, 80, died August 26, 2021 at her daughter’s home in Little River, SC.

Born on June 10, 1941 in Hermon DeKalb, NY, she was the daughter of the late John and Janice Gibons Bovay.

Mrs. McLean attended college in Canton, NY for nursing and was employed by EJ Nobel Hospital in Gouverneur, NY and Child Services in Canton, NY. More recently, she was employed by Escod Industries, North Myrtle Beach, SC and Carolina Blyth Water & Sewer, Carolina Shores, NC. She was a member of St. Stephens Episcopal Church in North Myrtle Beach, SC and was affiliated with Calabash Elks Lodge.

Mrs. McLean is survived by her children Richard Earl McLean, II of Gastonia, NC, Robert L. McLean of St. Regis Falls, NY, Roger J. McLean and his wife, Priscilla of Little River, SC, Jill McLean-Bray and her husband, Michael of Sylva, NY, Cindy McLean Moe of Little River, SC, and William “Billy” F. McLean of North Myrtle Beach, SC; grandchildren, Richard E. McLean, III, Amie Tucker (Tommy), Matthew McLean (Angel), Katie Staskel (Kerry), Jordan McLean, Robin McLean, Roger “Jamie” McLean, Jr., Makayla McLean, Krista McLean, LaTasha Berry, William “Billy” McLean, Devin McLean, Cody “Hunter” Moe, Colton, Moe, Clint Moe, and Bryson Allen; great grandchildren, Clinton Tucker, Katie Claire Thomas, Alexis Tucker, Bree McLean, Rhylie Callahan, Sadie Callahan, Ethan McLean, Brooklynn Moore, and Katherine Misner; and brother, Jody Bovay of Chili, NY. She is predeceased by her husband, Richard E. McLean and brother, Jimmy Bovay.
