Joanne S. Fraser, 61, passed away on October 20, 2019 at home. Born May 20, 1958 in Bridgeport, CT, she was the daughter of the late Stephen and Mary Sovich Timko.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Natasha Goebel (Steven); two sisters, Kim Timko York and Karen Timko Fuller; and one grandchild, Stephanie Elizabeth Goebel. She is predeceased by her husband, Richard Fraser.
Joanne was a faithful volunteer and member of Little River United Methodist Church.
A memorial service will be held to honor Joanne on Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at 1:00 pm at Little River United Methodist Church, 1629 Hwy 17 N, Little River, SC 29566. Reverend Russell Freeman will be officiating.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Jo's granddaughter, Stephanie Elizabeth Goebel, 5726 Dusky Run, Patrick AFB, FL 32925.
