She was the wife of the late Leo Jordan
Joyce was born on February 8, 1943 in Horry County, SC. Daughter of the late James Olin and Annie Bell (Todd) Williamson.
She is survived by a son, Donald “Robert” Walters. Her granddaughters; Lacey Starnes, Casey Benton, Natasha Dove, Hannah Walters, and Linda Buchanan. Her grandson Jason Walters. Her great grandchildren; Gracyn and Samuel Starnes, Jayden Swain, Bentley Smith, Tristian Smith, Jocelyn Buchanan, Rylie Buchanan, Ansley Buchanan, Caitlin Dove, Hunter Dove, and Roman Dove.
Joyce also survived by her four sisters; Linda Lee, Annie Jane Beal, Judy Small, and Alice Beal.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Rachel Fowler.
The memorial service will begin at 2: 00 p.m. on Sunday, March 1, 20206 at Little River Baptist Church, 4261 Oak St, Little River, SC 29566.
