Larry L. Lambeth

Larry Lee Lambeth, 79, of North Myrtle Beach, SC went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 10, 2022.

He was the beloved husband of Peggy J. (Gallimore) Lambeth. On December 24, 2021, they celebrated 60 precious years together.

Larry was born in Lexington, NC on January 5, 1943. He was the son of the late Reverend Oscar Edmond Lambeth and Ruby B. (Hughes) Lambeth. He was the owner of J & R Home Builders. Larry had a passion for woodworking. He was a self-employed contractor who was known for not only building houses, but, creating homes. Larry was a member of Living Water Baptist Church and the Silver Valley Civitan Club. He coached numerous children's sports teams, loved to sing and was a member of the Planters Quartet.

In addition to his wife, Larry is survived by a son, Rodney Lee Lambeth and his wife, Donna; a daughter, Jackie L. Vaughn, and her significant other, Mike; three grandchildren; Levi Austin (Jess), Lexie Lyles (A.J.), and Micah Lambeth (Eric); two great-grandchildren; Nora and Jett; brother, Steve Lambeth (Margaret); and sisters Linda Swaney (Richard) and Nawassa Lambeth. Larry is predeceased by one sister, Sara Cannon.

Graveside Memorial Service is scheduled at 2:00pm on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at Holly Hill Memorial Park, 401 W. Holly Hill Rd., Thomasville, NC 27360.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Living Water Baptist Church Building Fund, 1569 Highway 9 East, Longs, SC 29568.
