Lois V. Couzzo, 83, died December 5, 2021 at McLeod Seacoast Medical Center.
Born on February 6, 1938 in Irvington, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Marion and William Papio.
Lois loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, shopping, sewing/crafting, relaxing on the beach and travelling the world with her husband, Pat. She will always be remembered for her stories and infectious laugh.
Survivors include her husband, Patrick Couzzo; four daughters, Debbie (Rob), Lauren (Craig), Carol (David) and Dana (Michael); one sister, Fern Thatch; and 11 grandchildren, Michael, Kaitlyn, Lindsay, Matthew, Stephanie, Shannon, Eric, Ryan, Kimmie, Maddy and Mark. She is predeceased by one grandson, Scott Callan.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 am on Friday, December 10, 2021 at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church. Inurnment will follow in the church columbarium niche.
