Marc Alan Gornick

Marc Alan Gornick, 50, departed this life on October 26, 2018, after a courageous battle with a lengthy illness.

Born on January 2, 1968 in North Tonawanda, NY, he was the son of Charles Gornick and the late Jacqueline Martin Greene. He served in the US Army and spent his time in Germany, accumulating many awards and recognitions.

He was a loving and dedicated father to Aayden Addison and Kaiya Narieese, who will miss him terribly but remember his corny dad jokes and respect his memory. He also leaves two brothers, Steven Gornick and Christopher Greene. He remained close friends with his former wife and the mother of his children, Erica Carter.

A memorial service will be held at 3:30 pm on Wednesday, October 31 in Lee Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 2 pm until 3:30 pm prior to the service in the funeral home chapel.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to an educational fund that will be set up for Marc’s children.
