Maxine F. Brown

Maxine F. Brown, age 74, of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2020 with her children by her side. Maxine was born December 18, 1945 in Mooresville NC. She is the wife of the late Donald R "Tootie" Brown the daughter of the late Ms Lois Armstrong Fish and the late Floyd Henderson Fish. Maxine was preceded in death by her 4 brothers, James F Fish, Bill R Fish, J W "Jake" Fish and Tommy Fish. She is survived by her children, Dana Brown Barton of Mt Pleasant SC and Donovan S Brown of Mooresville NC, and her two grandchildren, Conor J Barton and Emerson G Barton, and their dog, Lucy.

Maxine and Tootie were married in December of 1967. They retired to NMB to spend their time doing what they loved most, enjoying the beach and shag dancing. Maxine enjoyed spending time with friends and family and scrapbooking for her grandchildren. She traveled many miles to visit with grandchildren, attending their various activities. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
