Patricia Onderdonk

Patricia Elliott Onderdonk, 69, passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2024. Born on September 28, 1954, in Winston-Salem, NC, Pat was the oldest of four younger brothers and the only daughter of the late Paul and Carol Buckwell Elliott.

She met Dave Onderdonk 2000 while living in Northern Virginia. Following a four-year courtship, the two were married in 2004. She gained a wonderful husband and two “bonus” children, Clay and Leah. An experienced Executive Assistant, Pat retired from Kettler Real Estate in Arlington, VA. In 2014 she and Dave moved to South Carolina to be with her parents. She was their devoted caregiver until their passing.

Although Pat was known as a people person, her true passion was loving and caring for her dogs. She had a love of all dogs but held a special place in her heart for Chows. Her two dogs, Honey and Ollie were loved without measure and they will love and miss her.

In addition to her husband, Dave, and his children, Clay and Leah, Pat is survived by her siblings, David Elliott (Bonny) of Warrenton, VA, James Elliott (Linda) of Spanish Fork, UT, John Elliott (Cathy) of Kennesaw, GA, and Steven Elliott (Sheila) of Nokesville, VA.
