Rachel Linda Harris, 84, passed away on Friday, August 16, 2024 at McLeod Seacoast Hospital. Born on June 20, 1940 in Eden, NC, Rachel was the youngest of five children born to Raymond and Nellie Robertson Isley. She was the loving wife of the late Homer Lee Harris.
Although Rachel moved to Longs, SC to be with her daughters, she considered her home Eden, NC. Rachel was a devoted mother and loved spending time with “the girls” shopping, eating out and just being together. Her grandsons, great-grandsons and great-granddaughter brought her so much happiness and they made memories that will forever be cherished.
Rachel is survived by her children, Allison Lewis, Kim Cox (Robert); Rodney Lewis; grandsons, Matthew Cox, Travis Lewis, Anthony Lewis, Quinton Hubbard; and great-grandchildren, Isley, Wren and Tucker. Her son, Mike Lewis preceded her in death.
